From General Manager to District Manager: Terence Cadell’s Next Step in Leadership

Leadership at Bridge Restaurant Group is built through experience, development, and the opportunity to take on what comes next.
That journey continues for Terence Cadell, who has stepped into the role of District Manager after serving as a General Manager with Bridge Restaurants.

With more than 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Terence brings a strong background in multifaceted restaurant management and a broad understanding of what it takes to lead successful restaurant operations.
Building Leadership Through Experience
During his time as a General Manager with Bridge, Terence developed experience across the areas that keep a restaurant moving forward, including team development, operational standards, sales, labor management, cost control, and customer service.
His experience with Wingstop and other leading restaurant organizations has helped him build the leadership skills needed to take on greater responsibility and support teams at a broader level.
Now, as a District Manager, Terence will bring that experience beyond a single restaurant.
Leading What Comes Next
In his new role, Terence is focused on developing high performing teams, driving operational excellence, and supporting the continued growth and success of Bridge Restaurants and Wingstop.
The transition from General Manager to District Manager is more than a change in title. It is an opportunity to take the lessons, experience, and leadership developed in one restaurant and use them to support multiple teams and operations.
That means developing people, reinforcing standards, and helping leaders across the restaurants continue growing.
Creating Opportunities to Grow
At Bridge, leadership development is closely connected to opportunity.
Terence’s move into the District Manager role is another example of how experience within the restaurants can prepare leaders for their next step.
As Bridge continues to grow, developing leaders who understand the operation from the inside remains an important part of building strong teams and successful restaurants.
Congratulations to Terence Cadell on this next chapter.
We look forward to seeing the teams he develops, the standards he strengthens, and the opportunities he helps create along the way.
