Our End-of-Year Leadership Celebration marked the close of 2025 and set the tone for what’s next.

As 2025 came to a close, we paused for something intentional, not just to celebrate, but to align. To recognize the work, the results, and the people who made the year what it was, while turning our focus toward what’s ahead.

Our End-of-Year Leadership Celebration brought together General Managers and Assistant General Managers from Tampa and Miami, alongside Directors and Senior Managers, in the oceanfront setting of Margaritaville in Hollywood Beach. The location matched the moment: energized, focused, and grounded in connection.

This gathering was designed to honor what truly drives performance at Bridge: strong leadership, shared accountability, and a people-first mindset.

Reflecting on 2025

We opened the day anchored in clarity, reviewing the year’s numbers, results, and key highlights. Wins were celebrated, challenges were acknowledged, and the full picture of 2025 was shared openly. Progress at Bridge is built through transparency, discipline, and trust and this moment reflected all three.

From there, the day moved naturally into connection. Over a beachside buffet, leaders shared stories from their restaurants, lessons learned, and moments that defined the year. These conversations weren’t just reflections, they were real experiences from leaders driving results every day.

Learning in Motion

One of the most impactful moments came through our Rapid Rabbit activity, an internal service-speed challenge set across the city of Miami. Fast-paced, dynamic, and often humorous, it mirrored real operational scenarios our GMs navigate daily.

The exercise reinforced a simple truth: leadership requires adaptability, teamwork, and quick thinking without losing sight of people.

Leaders then presented insights from their markets, followed by a collaborative beach session focused on best practices, real cases, and operational perspectives. Knowledge shared became momentum multiplied.

The day also delivered moments that reminded us why culture matters. Rikki, our VP of Operations, surprised the team dressed as Santa, bringing laughter and levity that perfectly reflected our balance of high standards and genuine humanity.

Tina, our Founder and CEO, followed with heartfelt words of appreciation, recognizing not just performance, but effort, care, and consistency. A reminder that the work is seen and valued.

One of the most meaningful moments of the celebration was the announcement of new leadership promotions. We proudly recognized the promotion of Phillips, Jyama, Philocles, and Christie to the role of General Manager. These advancements reflect trust earned, leadership demonstrated, and belief in what’s ahead.
